Refund policy

Returning goods to LEA LAZARI is possible within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

  • Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (including tags, boxes, and bags).

  • Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant when trying on clothing, as we will not be able to accept returns with marks or odors on the item(s).

  • In the event that your parcel is damaged upon arrival, you must report such damage to the courier immediately.

  • When returning a parcel [from outside Georgia], the goods must be declared as "Returned Goods"; the value does not need to be declared.

  • Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges for the return, and they are not refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LEA LAZARI, Louis Pasteur Street, t, 0102 T'bilisi, Georgia, info@lea-lazari.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms and the contractual relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
